MEDinART is a TEDMED Live Athens 2013 initiative.

ΤEDMED is a meeting place for innovative leaders from various fields sharing a common passion:creating a better future in health and medicine. It is an overwhelming experience that can not be described in words, but has to be experienced live.

For the first time in Greece the organisation of TEDMED Live Athens 2013 takes place on Sunday, 21st April 2013, at the Main Stage of Onassis Cultural Centre.

With the motto «Health Forward» and allied with medicine for a better quality of life, TEDMED Live Athens 2013 is looking forward to the challenges of the future and promises to be a memorable event that will include: Excellent speakers. Thinking participants. Brilliant ideas.

TEDMEDLive Athens is presented for the first time in Greece by SciCo.

SciCo is a Non Profit Organisation whose aim is to communicate scientific issues to the public via innovative and entertaining means. SciCo was founded with the support of the British Council in 2008 and it consist of scientists, academics, educators, artists and people with an interest in everyday science. SciCo operates as a social enterprise, undertaking corporate social responsibility initiatives for multinational companies.
