A great success from Greece from Maria Lambropoulou, Associate Professor of Histology & Embryology at the medical department of the Democritius University of Thrace, and artist of MEDinART.

Five microscopic images, captured through the microscope of Maria Lambropoulou, are depicted in the commemorative stamps set “Science and Art through the Microscope”, of HELLENIC POST COLLECTION.

The images reveal that the magic of art can be found everywhere, even in the microscopic images that appear daily in clinical examination, and deliver the message that medicine and art can find a common ground of existence.
