Delighted to announce that I have been invited to give a talk about MEDinARΤ and the intersection of art with biomedical sciences and cardiology, in the CNIC PhDay 2017, which will take place on November 24th, 2017 at the Spanish National Centre for Cardiovascular Research (CNIC) in Madrid.

The CNIC PhDay is an annual event organized by PhD students and postdoctoral researchers from the Spanish National Center for Cardiovascular Research (CNIC). It is an open forum for undergraduate and graduate students lab technicians and postdoctoral researchers in the field of cardiology to develop their careers as scientists, network and exchange new ideas.

This year’s PhDay will have two main activities throughout the day that will include talks, workshops and networking activities on topics including: Coaching and Motivation, Art and Science and New Frontiers in Science.

Abstract submission deadline: November the 2nd

Registration: from October the 16th-November the 15th.

Ticket: CNIC PhDay is free! However, the number of seats is limited, so register as soon as possible!
