Elizabeth Jameson has recently gave a talk at TEDx Stanford about learning to embrace and even celebrate the imperfect brain and body. Conversations about illness and disability are not often initiated, and through her talk she conveys the need for openness and curiosity about imperfection. Her hope is that we can learn to create more safe spaces for conversations about illness and disability.
