Body temperature is a vital sign that needs to be monitored to ensure good health and longevity. But can humans maintain a constant body temperature during their entire life? How can the environment affect body temperature? Do physical activity, nutrition, pregnancy etc. consist factors that can influence body temperature? These are some of the principal questions addressed by FAME Lab at the University of Thessaly. During some of the field studies, FAME Lab team collected a wide range of photos of human body temperature changes during several daily activities. These pictures also show how human body temperature can be a form of art on its own. The goal of FAME Lab is to share their work and knowledge through an interactive art event that visualizes the changes in human body temperature using Thermal Imaging Technology.
